Last time this happened, it was an API change that required a new version.

I confirmed a repro on my test box. I will investigate tomorrow.

What MacOS version are you running?

I have only been able to repro this on my Sierra OS (10.12.6) test system not my Majave 10.14.6 system.

Yes, that machine is still on Sierra. Upgrading in short order would make me sad for assorted reasons.
