7.1.0 pre-release for Color support testing

This should now allow you to use the Harmony mobile app (and maybe the touch screen remotes) to set colors for bridged devices, if the target device (Z-wave LED lights) support RGB colors.

As I do not have any color changing lights, I am unable to test this myself. Usage reports appreciated.
