Can you resync / exclude / include - I think Autolog had same problem before.

I will try and contact Jon (autolog), I saw his post.
Used the "L" button to include it - as stated in his post.
He found out that there are some glitches with the documentation.

Is there a way to use this Scene Controller to turn scenes on and off?

E.g. I have a situation where I want to create a scene, where if I walk into the room and my motion sensor triggers, the lights turn on. However, I only want this to happen when I have manually activated the scene using a switch.

So if the Switch is turned on, the motion sensor will trigger the lights.

If the Switch is turned off, nothing will happen.

Would this be possible?

Yes.

Create an trigger for your motion detector that turns on the lights as normal.

Now create a trigger for "Zwave Scene Controller > Button1 Clicked" that does Server action > Enable Trigger > Motion detection.

And another trigger for "Zwave Scene Controller > Button1 DoubleClicked" that does Server action > Disable Trigger > Motion detection.

Now when you press button 1, the motion detection will trigger the lights; when you double-click it will stop motion detection.

Ok, I know what the problem is - and I think I must have looked at it before because I remember the problem!

I'll sort it asap; I'm involved in theatre production all week so running here and there.

I've just tidied up this subforum to match my others so I'm locking this thread as it covers a multitude of areas that have mostly been sorted.

The 'index out of bounds' error will be sorted this week.

Please start new topics if you have further questions not addressed in the new announcement post.
