On the strip, outlets #1 & 2 are the unswitchable ones, but they do report energy use. Outlets 3-6 are the switchable ones.
Physical Outlet 1 has a Cisco Catalyst 2960G plugged into it. It is not listed in Indigo since it is not controllable
Physical Outlet 2 is EMPTY
Physical Outlet 3 is ESXi 02 and is in Indigo as Outlet 1
Physical Outlet 4 is ESXi 03 and is in Indigo as Outlet 2
Physical Outlet 5 is Mac Pro and is in Indigo as Outlet 3
Physical Outlet 6 is 24-bay RAID and is in Indigo as Outlet 4
Where it is off is energy reporting...in Indigo you see:
Outlet 1 - ESXi 02 reporting
60.588 W which is actually the power consumed by Physical Outlet #1 - Cisco 2960G
Outlet 2- ESXi 03 reporting
0 W which is actually the EMPTY Physical Outlet #2
Outlet 3 - Mac Pro reporting
196.658 W which is actually the power consumed by Physical Outlet #3 - ESXi 02
Outlet 4 - Mac Pro reporting
189.972 W which is actually the power consumed by Physical Outlet #4 - ESXi 03
Physical outlets 5-6 energy is the missing info...it's a matter of Energy reporting 7 items...1 total and Physical Outlets 1-6, but indigo only has 5 devices...master switch and physical outlets 3-6 that ID as 1-4.
Here it is in a chart type form:
- Code: Select all
Phsyical Indigo Energy
Master All Outlets Total Energy
Outlet 1 <none> Outlet 1
Outlet 2 <none> Outlet 2
Outlet 3 Outlet 1 Outlet 3
Outlet 4 Outlet 2 Outlet 4
Outlet 5 Outlet 3 Outlet 5 <not in Indigo>
Outlet 6 Outlet 4 Outlet 6 <not in Indigo>
Does that help?
