plugin settings -explanation and recommended defaults

i was trying out the plugin. i added a couple of devices of interest to the list via "Select devices to interpret..."

at first, after i saw the plugin startup appear in the logs, i didn't see anything further. i did continue to see z-wave "received" messages, but i think these were just normal Indigo verbosity.

i went back to look at plugin settings and tried turning on "debug" logs. i checked the box to turn on debug logging to the Event Log. then i finally started seeing some plugin output. i usually think of "debug" logging as something to be turned on when troubleshooting a plugin that's not working. also the default setting was "off" (unchecked). i suggest it might clarify if you added some text to the configure dialog to say something along the lines of "if you want to see interpreted z-wave commands in your logs, you should check this box" and possibly set it to be on by default.
