Inovelli LZW31-SN dimmer not reporting correct state

I installed an Inovelli LZW31-SN dimmer switch to play with. I just updated to Indigo 7.4.1 to get it setup and things seem to be mostly working, except it's not always correctly reflecting the state of the light switch in Indigo. For example right now the light is off, but Indigo thinks it's on and at 100% brightness. If I click "Send Status Request" it corrects it. I can spend some time trying to figure out the exact steps to reproduce, but was wondering if anyone else had run into it and/or if it was a known issue before I spent more time doing that. My guess is that I'll need to set Status Polling to something more regular than "Only when activity detected" to keep things in sync and just deal with the increased ZWave traffic in my already noisy house.

See what Z-Wave commands it is sending when you locally control it (at the switch). Turn on the Z-Wave Debug Logging checkbox (via the Interfaces->Z-Wave->Configure... menu item) first, then copy/paste the Event Log results into a reply for me. Also after locally controlling it, after say 10 seconds, send it a status request so I can see how it responds to that.

try excluding and then re-including the device. I've solved a similar issue with one of mine.

This is interesting, when I did that and watched Indigo it looks like it's actually getting the status but the status is reversed. i.e. If I turn on the switch locally, Indigo thinks the status should be off and vice versa. Got some logs for you:

Discovered all my Inovelli LZW31-SN switches report the wrong state after pressing the down button, when the light is off. The light will stay off but Indigo changes the state to on. If I hit the status request Indigo updates to the correct state. The same behavior happens if you hit the up paddle when the light is already on. Indigo changes the state to off, even though the light is on. A status request updates the correct state.

light was on, pressed the down button to turn it off. Pressed the down button again while it was off. (status shows on - lite is off)
