Moved Indigo to new server, HomeKit is "no response"

I had a few issues getting Indigo 7.4.1 moved to my Mini, but Jay helped me through all of those.

The last remaining hurdle is to get HomeKit running again. It was working just fine on my iMac, but I had to do a little troubleshooting on the Mini. First thing that I did was to Rebuild HomeBridge Folder. That got the plugin running without crashing. In order to troubleshoot the lack of responsiveness from the server, I made sure there weren't any processes still running on the old iMac that might conflict. I restarted both Apple TV hubs, restarted my iPhone, verified there weren't any errors in the HKB log, verified that devices were actually responding in the logs,

Still, no response.

I tried adding a Test home to see if I could scan for a new server, but it didn't find anything.
