Push a sound file to DomoPad and auto play

Push a recorded sound file to DomoPad and have it auto play - is there a way to do this or is it / has it been considered - if so, is it possible - it would be a game changer for me. HUGE!

It would be really cool it it could be set up to auto repeat for high priority messages until a button was pressed to acknowledge the message was received.

I asked Jay to add this to touch - Jay said that once a year they write down all 10,000 new feature requests they have on tiny bits of paper. Then on Jan 1st they put them all in a hat, mix them up really good and then pull one out - that is the single user requested new feature for the next year. I asked Jay if I could ask for it more than once and he said - if I bug him they will take my bit of paper out of the hat. True story

Since we’re talking about Android, could Tasker be used to do this outside of Domopad? I haven’t tried but that’s the first thing that came to mind. I remember it being pretty versatile.

Also, y’all stop pissing off the gods of feature requests, you may make the whole class suffer!

Hope everyone knows I was just kidding around - I'll look into Tasker, thanks for the heads up. Just seems like it would not be hard to play an MP3 but easy for me to say -- since I'm not the one coding it...

Our cat is really cool, he is getting old and has some kidney disease - my wife has to give him IV fluids everyday and he is really good about it - such a trooper and is the most gentle cat I have ever seen. Likes to lay on his back and have his belly rubbed and likes when you scratch between the pads on his feet -- he opens up his toes really wide - he has really big toes - so funny to watch him...

But I'm pretty sure he does not love his Santa suit as much as my wife does
