10.13.6

I installed 10.13.6 yesterday and it didn't break anything. I do not use Insteon, only a Z-Wave Aeotec Gen5 stick.

Re: 10.13.6

I can also confirm that Insteon devices continue to work just fine with 10.13.6

Re: 10.13.6

Did you have to do the FTDI workaround or were you one of the lucky ones that never had the issue?

Re: 10.13.6

Just found that the Wunderground plugin does not update automatically and it views that I've hit my daily limit. It says I hit my 500 limit but that is not the case.

See this thread:
https://forums.indigodomo.com/viewtopic.php?f=149&t=20996

So 10.13.6 may have a bug in it.

I will see what happens at midnight when the counter resets if it starts to update.

Re: 10.13.6

It appears that the plugin just got into a weird state which resulted in it calling for an update every 30 seconds.

As a precaution, check your plugin(s) after upgrading to 10.13.6.

I'm not sure what you mean about the plugin updating automatically. I would think that it would be a very rare circumstance (approaching never) where I would install changes to plugin code without user intervention.

I have posted a response here.

Re: 10.13.6

I meant it was not updating the weather from Wunderground. It just sat there and showed the last time was when the plugin was reset. The first time the last update was around 4am. I performed a reload of the plugin in the evening and I checked it an hour later and the last update was at the reload of the plugin. That is what I meant by the plugin not updating.

Did you have to apply the workaround before you upgraded to 10.13.6 to make the PowerLinc work correctly?

No it didn't. IIRC I didn't need that work around when I set up my new iMac a few months back after my mini died.

Thanks for the clarification.

Re: 10.13.6

I just updated to 10.13.6 and the driver bugs still seem to be present unfortunately.

I have a dream of being able to be a heavy Insteon user (still have 40+ devices on Insteon) and not stuck on Sierra for eternity.

Re: 10.13.6

Can anyone that has a developer account and able to test Mojave also submit a bug report to Apple. Given that it worked and then broke, they need to know. Unless when they broke it they fixed something else. Then it is a battle of what has priority.
