1. added better error message in device edit for bad ip / mac numbers
2. fixed remove leading 0 for formatted ip number for eg 192.168.000.001, dos not replace ("000" -> "" but to "0")

3. fixed network entry, was always defaulting to 192.168.1.0
- that bug was introduced after v ...100
- function is ValidIPNumber() .. excluded x.x.x.0 as a valid ip number
