You said that the client and maybe server were on when you deleted the file. DId you ever try doing it again as instructed with both the client and server stopped first (before deleting the file)?
Please copy/paste the Event Log results showing the errors (even if they are the same errors). The more info we have here, the better we can troubleshoot the problem.
You have changed the default file path for the database file to one that has the wrong folder name (Perceptive auto versus Perceptive Automation). Open the SQL Logger plugin's config UI and copy/paste this in for the path:
