Air Quality Information not Available

Several users have asked for air quality information to be added to the WUnderground plugin. The sad truth is that, unfortunately, Weather Underground is not licensed to syndicate air quality data (so it's not available to the API.)

I'll keep an eye on this and will make the necessary changes if the data ever do become available.
