[ANSWERED]Authentication Issues IOS 8

After trying all the suggestions I could find on getting past the authentication popup
problem in Touch I'm still having the issue. I just ran the 8.1.1 update hoping
that might help but no joy.

Anything new on a solution?

Hi Carl - so far, I believe everyone has been about to work around the issues by using the methods outlined in the Indigo Touch and iOS 8 post.

All development work is now fully on an Indigo Touch revamp.

Looking forward to any kind of fix, especially a new Touch!

The authentication issue is a big problem for me. It is especially hard on my WAF factor as my wife just gave up on using the phone to control indigo. The work arounds don't really work for me. It is especially frustrating when I want to disable the alarm after arriving home and find being confronted with an authentication screen. An update would really be appreciated. Thank you.

Yep, we hear you loud and clear. We have worked around the problem on our internal build so this issue should be resolved in the next release. No ETA but we are hard at work on it..
