Reflector up, but it's down--or the other way around

Post by Different Computers »

On restarting my Mac because some other issues were occurring, I got this in the log:

Code: Select all

   NetatmoWelcome Renewing expired tokens
NetatmoWelcome Error Waiting for user to grant access via their Netatmo dev web page
NetatmoWelcome Error *** THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE FROM THE INDIGO SERVER MACHINE ***
   Error reflector connection not open
Warning reflector reconnection scheduled in 6 minutes
The Netatmo authorization page also complains that the reflector isn't open.

BUT when I go on indigo touch on my phone... it's connected via the Reflector no problem.

However, it seems like some Domopad devices are also having trouble connecting.

No changes to the underlying OS and I'm not on OS 15. Needless to say, I don't know how to proceed.

EDIT: And the firewall is off. Sonoma 14.7

We've fixed the reflector problem. It should be working for you now. The issue was caused by a patch that occurred on our reflector backend server.

Seemed like things were working but I'm seeing

Code: Select all

 NetatmoWelcome Starting Netatmo Multi plugin
   NetatmoWelcome Renewing expired tokens
NetatmoWelcome Error Waiting for user to grant access via their Netatmo dev web page
NetatmoWelcome Error *** THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE FROM THE INDIGO SERVER MACHINE ***
Z-Wave received "Office Motion" status update is off
Web Server Debug Token in cache: 4f31****
Web Server Debug Token not expired, skipping validation...
   NetatmoWelcome Access granted!
NetatmoWelcome Error Failed to add webhook
   NetatmoWelcome <Response [403]>
NetatmoWelcome Error Healthy Home device creation error: Unknown error
NetatmoWelcome Error Weather device creation error: Unknown error
Will post this in Netatmo too, as it might not be a reflector issue.

That isn't a reflector issue.
