Python to send a raw Z-Wave command

Hello all,

Not sure if this is possible. I have a potential use for this coming up and want to know if this might be possible.

I've been using raw z-wave commands thru the Indigo GUI so far because I can't seem to find an appropriate Indigo command (GUI or Python) to do a combo of set brightness with ramp rate. So, if there is one, I'd love to hear about it lol.

There isn't currently built-in UI or an action for this, but it is on the feature request list.
