How to stop temperature reporting from HS-LS100+ leak sensor

I can not stop temperature reporting from the subject leak sensor. I have tried 0, 144, and 254 for a reporting interval . Has anyone been successful in eliminating this unwanted drain on the sensor battery.

Re: How to stop temperature reporting from HS-LS100+ leak se

I just checked the manual and Indigo's device definition and it looks correct (based on the manual at least). Indigo uses parameter 19 for the temperature interval. After you set it, re-sync it in Indigo then copy/paste the Event Log window results of both setting it and the re-sync. I'm curious if the re-sync shows that the setting "took" or not.

What about the re-sync log results?

Re: How to stop temperature reporting from HS-LS100+ leak se

Based on the log it looks like at the time of the sync the module reported parameter 14 to be 144, even though you had probably set it to 254. It then modified the value. If you re-sync it twice back to back, does it have to try to "fix" the value both times? If so that is definitely a sign the change to the parameter isn't "taking" for some reason.

Regardless of the results of the sync, this feels like s firmware bug to me. Have you tried contacting HomeSeer to see if they have any suggestions? This might be a known problem.
