getDevices failure

I have installed a new garage door opener controlled by the myQ app. I have created a new device called "Garage Door" on the myQ app and am able to control it via my iPhone app. However, the Indigo plugin is unable to detect that device. Here is the Indigo debug log:

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
