The electricity at my house went out for several hours a few days ago. Since then, many Insteon devices respond very slowly (like 20 or 30 seconds) or not at all - to simple on/off requests from the Indigo app main window. However some Insteon devices respond quickly. Sometimes a red error message in the event Log would read: 'Error "Study Table Lamp" on to 100; send failed (no acknowledgment)'.
I have 1) unplugged/replugged the 2413U controller, 2) re-synced all of the devices and 3) unplugged/replugged some devices that are easy to get to. Some devices did not re-sync in the 'batch" process and I had to do them individually. I have 74 Insteon devices - some are 15 years old some are 1 year old. Maybe 10 are dual-band. The 2413U is a couple of years old - it seems like I have to replace it more often. We have a couple of power outages a year but I don't ever remember things getting this bad.
I'm running Indigo 7.3 on High Sierra 10.13.6
Before the power outage I had the "Unexpected command 02 62 (flushing)" and I still have that. I was going to save that for another post - but I'm including it here in case it means something.
Any ideas what to try next?
Thanks,
Bill
