Enhancing the reliability

I have some suggestions to make the plugin more safe to use.

First it would be nice if it could handle the wakeup automatically and as soon as the car is online it would send the command or request immediately. Right now I have to add a fixed delay, and if the car is already online, the delay is unnecessary and in rare cases the delay is to short.

Second, if something goes wrong, e.g. no connection or server error I would like to know that to handle the error.
