WEMO,( IFTTT) and Wink Spotter

Forum rules

Questions about hardware that can be controlled by Indigo (but not through the interfaces and plugins listed). If Indigo doesn't support some bit of hardware you're interested in, and you don't find a 3rd Party Plugin for it, add it to this forum. Be sure to include links to as much information as you can find about it.

Note: adding it here does not mean we're going to add it - in fact it's possible one of our 3rd party developers may decide to write a plugin for it. We add hardware/features based on a lot of different factors beyond just having a request for it.

I purchased a HaoZee Smart Plug. It doesn't say Neo Coolcam anywhere, but I suspect that is what is under the covers. The setup went exactly according to the inclusion instructions; three quick clicks. It works very nicely.

Yes, there are actually a smallish number of actual device manufacturers that make Z-Wave devices - everyone else just OEMs them and adds their branding. Is it identifying itself with a manufacturer name or is it just listed as generic? If the latter, please submit the device info (on the config dialog) so we can get it properly added to the Compatible Devices list.

Yep, it's identifying as a Neo so we already know about it.

Re: WEMO,( IFTTT) and Wink Spotter

Hi All,

I know that I'm pretty late to this discussion, but have started using the script by members earlier in the thread to check status of Wemo devices. I believe that since the change to an online account has occurred ~27May2020 that the script no longer has the privilege to access the devices - what does everyone believe is a good solution?

Thank you,
Daniel
