No, you can hide individual variables from showing up but the Variables panel and icon (and Event Log) will always be visible.

I think you’re on the right track with iOS safari. Safe the “root” Control page to the homescreen of the phone and that becomes her “app”

Or just use the awesome HomeKitBridge plugin and have her interact with indigo using the Home app on iOS!

+1 to durosity (2 times in 2 days?)

The Home app and Homekit bridge is definitely the most wife friendly interface to indigo.

Also I’ve said it before but I’d love to see a split in the indigo touch apps.. one that focuses on just control pages and simple functions of devices, the other basically a mini client with the ability to add devices, restart plugins, modify device parameters, edit schedules and triggers, view logs, etc. About 98% of my personal computer time is now just on my iPhone. My work on HA has almost slowed to a stop because I seldom sit in front of my Mac these days.

+1 again!! Yes have also commented before about that touch app split. Although now thinking it just needs to be the control admin app and let the home app be the nice user app (until it freezes and stops seeing device changes like mine did today)

I also do little device changes as am never on front of the Mac. What little I do is using iPhone VNC app!
