General Electric ZW-4005 in wall switch

Moving from VeraEdge, have a few GE ZW4005 switches that won't include or sync, My question is, are these switches compatible with Indigo, or am I doing something wrong on the install.
Thanks.
Peter

If they were already working on the VeraEdge , in Indigo, have you excluded them before trying to include them :?:

I have done an exclude, also factory reset, and I have a new one, close to the controller, But so far no luck.
Thanks,

I haven't got one of these devices, so I am just making general Z-Wave comments. :)

Have you got a Z-Stick and if so are you using the Indigo UI to exclude/include or are you using the button on the Z-Stick?

AND after doing include and exclude, factory reset lots of times, it enrolled just fine.
Not sure why, but success is always fun.
Thanks,
Peter
