Insteon 2450 I/O Linc won't install

I have a new unit that I want to install on my garage door. I purchased the Garage Door & Status kit from Smarthome.

When I try to connect, it finds the address and begins linking. When it gets to the last step, adding the address to the database, the system sits and spins for a few minutes until it gives up and fails.

Please see the attachments for the screenshots of the problem.

I've reset the system, reset the 2413U, and factory reset the 2450. Nothing helped.

Any help is appreciated.

Try it again, and this time copy/paste the text from the Event Log window from the attempt. Hopefully it'll give us some indication of what's going on.

I can't believe this. I tried over a dozen different times last night and couldn't get this working. I launch the event log window and everything works without a hitch.

No to see if I can get IFTTT or another location-based service to open the garage door as I turn onto the street.
