Unfortunately, those all look like garbage links of other valid links. You can tell because the addresses are very similar to other links you have. Unfortunately, sometimes the PowerLinc passes Indigo bad data for links. There is no way for Indigo to discern the difference between a good valid link and a corrupt bad link. When you Re-Sync a module Indigo reads all of the links out of the module (some of which might be scrambled/bad), then it will notice that it thinks some links are missing (because they don't match the valid links Indigo keeps in its database) so it will re-write the valid links into the module. This occurs during sync and is the bad/corrupt links are more likely to be passed to Indigo if the module is almost out-of-range, if there is signal noise, or if there are lots of other Insteon commands (collisions).
Although you can try to delete the links individually, the best approach if you have a lot of them is to factory reset the module then re-sync it in Indigo. I recommend NOT re-syncing the module after that unless you have a change you need to push to the module. Re-syncing all of your links will just increase the odds that the bad/corrupt data will be passed to Indigo.
