Re: Error after Sonos Plugin 1.09 Update

Argh. I looked around and looks like I needed to set Listener IP address, which apparently I did not need before. That seems to have solved all errors, except:

Sonos Error [Tue Nov 28 17:34:01 2017] Error getting SiriusXM Channel Lineup

Re: Error after Sonos Plugin 1.09 Update

Updated to 1.09 and Pandora radio stations won't play, but they seem to load during plugin startup. The Pandora account login and password are correct and I see the stations in the Action Groups section, but errors out when running. I can run the station in the room using the Sonos phone application w/o issue.

Below are the startup log entries:

Re: Error after Sonos Plugin 1.09 Update

You can download previous versions by renaming the download URL:

http://vulture.lagaros.com/IndigoPlugins/Sonos/Sonos.indigoPlugin_1.0.9.zip

http://vulture.lagaros.com/IndigoPlugins/Sonos/Sonos.indigoPlugin_1.0.8.zip

http://vulture.lagaros.com/IndigoPlugins/Sonos/Sonos.indigoPlugin_1.0.7.zip

I don't know how far back they go, however.

Make sure your reference ZP and the new Event Listener IP addresses are set. I also have a habit of just running through all of my Sonos devices' settings after an update to to check/re-save to ensure everything is updated. I also don't use the "reload" function, but rather manually disable-wait-enable to allow processes to fully complete their shutdown procedure. I've noticed that the reload function does not always allow and you will see errors as things try to start back up before they've fully shutdown.

Nick, FWIW, I'm having no problems so far with 1.0.9
9 Sonos zones, Sierra 10.12.6, and Indigo 7.1.1
Speech over Sonos using Apple's Samantha voice.

As a test I set up an action group with a single entry - Speak "This is a test message." to Sonos. I'm seeing consistently 3 seconds between clicking the "Execute Action" button in Indigo and hearing the speech begin. This is local -no cloud- Using Apple's Samantha voice. I prefer local to cloud for all things unless absolutely necessary so I don't use the cloud voices.

What times are you guys seeing and what platform/voice? If you could setup sometime similar to the above to test, perhaps that could help Nick isolate the problem.

Re: Error after Sonos Plugin 1.09 Update

Has anyone solved this error message?:

Sonos Error [Tue Nov 28 17:34:01 2017] Error getting SiriusXM Channel Lineup

Rest works for me and this error is more of an irritant than an issue, but would be great to make it go away.

Do you get that when you start the plugin, I don't see that error, and do have Sirius enabled. Do have anything weird, like multiple Sirius accounts in Sonos?

I have now tried to install this https://github.com/jishi/node-sonos-http-api

on the raspberry pi and it is working super fast with MP3 files no errors at all using port 5005. and have tried this on the Sonos plugin no luck.
I installed this after using hours on my router with no luck. it seems there is something with the plugin in the indigo/Mac environment.

Re: Error after Sonos Plugin 1.09 Update

I'm getting a log full of this. It seems to be after a mains hit on the Sonos's, the Indigo Mac is on a UPS. If I do a restart on the plugin then it seems fine.
I have setup the listener IP, and not changed anything for some time.
