VSX-1021 same as VSX-1021-K

Still hunting for a better used receiver and I'm prompted to ask if anyone here knows if there's a difference in compatibility between the VSX-1021 and the VSX-1021-K.

My hunch is that the diff is that the CL poster didn't list out the full model number.

DC, I have a VSX-1121-K which I had to stop using when I when I retired and moved to my new house (it was too big to fit on my A/V shelf) - If you are interested PM me and we can discuss.

I thought the - K just meant the case was black?
Computer says no.
