updated all plugins.. new directory for files

with an iCloud drive active all files in the Documents directory are copied / synched continuosly to the iCloud.
As most of my plugins use that directory to store several files, and they are changing frequently --some of them can be larger -- I have moved
files from /users/yourid/documents/xxx to /users/yourid/indigo/xxx in my plugins:

Each plugin will automatically create the directories and make copy of the existing documents/xxx directory. Nothing will be deleted, you should do this after making sure everything works.

I have other plugins, but they don't use these directories.
