New Install - DSC Plugin Error

I am running Indio 6.0.11 and have installed the plugin 1.5.3. It appears to have installed correctly but it does not connect to the Envisalink in my DSC Panel. I have the Envisalink 3. The Envisalink is working properly as I can control it from the eyezon site and also locally using the local login.

When the Plugin runs, it generates these errors:

Reloading plugin "DSC Alarm 1.5.3"
Starting plugin "DSC Alarm 1.5.3" (pid 80542)
DSC Alarm Log level preferences are set to "Normal".
Started plugin "DSC Alarm 1.5.3"
DSC Alarm Initializing communication at address: 192.168.5.101:4025
DSC Alarm Error Connection RX Error: connection failed ((54, 'Connection reset by peer'))
DSC Alarm Error Connection TX Error: socket connection failed: (32, 'Broken pipe')
Error plugin "DSC Alarm 1.5.3" (pid 80542) unexpectedly stopped -- restarting in 20 seconds

I tried changing the serial directory as was mentioned in other posts but this does not seem to have made any difference.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Greg

Are you sure you have the correct IP address?

Re: New Install - DSC Plugin Error

Hmm. You got me stumped. Maybe it needs a firmware update? Create an account at eyezon.com so it can automatically update itself if you haven't already.

Re: New Install - DSC Plugin Error

Are you running Indigo server 6.1 (the latest)?

Re: New Install - DSC Plugin Error

Look like envisalink can't not handle two connection, after closed my third party (dsclink) it’s up and running, yeah
In the eyez-on portal, I can use the custom sequence for open/close my garage door, can I create virtual switch and call this function in the plugin?
Anyway thanks for your great jobs, Travisc

Re: New Install - DSC Plugin Error

If you can do it from one of your alarm keypads by pressing a key sequence you should be able to do it form the plugin. Just create an keypress sequence that presses those same keys.

Re: New Install - DSC Plugin Error

I am getting this error after I disable/disarm a triggered alarm (i.e. siren is running) with the built-in command in the plugin. What causes it?
There is no error if I disarm system without a triggered alarm.

DSC Alarm Error IT-100/Envisalink Error (013): Keybus Transmit Keystring Timeout
