Anyone good at apple scripts willing to help modify one?

Hi. I'm getting reinvolved in my HA projects but relatively new to apple script. There is an excellent user contribution for geofencing here.

http://www.indigodomo.com/library/363/

The contributor has since moved on to a version 2 that is very advanced and sophisticated, but to a level of complexity I don't need. I'd like to learn how to modify version 1 to do the basic 3-4 things I need.

Anyone willing to guide/help?

Thanks,
Jeff

What would you like to do? And as applescript is slowly dying (security issues with indigo ...) I would consider starting with python.

the first line of code is more complex, but as soon as you want ot do anything with text or indigo it is MUCH easier.

No. The range indication is very reliable and I now know how different driving styles and conditions effect range so I am comfortable I can get where I need to go. We have taken it on a road trip from SF to Portland with no issue. The charger network is robust. And I have the small battery capacity model.
