Posted: Fri Jul 24, 2015 11:37 amPlease copy/paste the Event Log results showing the errors (even if they are the same errors). The more info we have here, the better we can troubleshoot the problem.

Posted: Fri Jul 24, 2015 12:03 pmYou have changed the default file path for the database file to one that has the wrong folder name (Perceptive auto versus Perceptive Automation). Open the SQL Logger plugin's config UI and copy/paste this in for the path:
/Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation/Indigo 6/Logs/indigo_history.sqlite
/Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation/Indigo 6/Logs/indigo_history.sqlite
