So, I've got my home Apache server (running on 10.6 Server) proxying Indigo. I've got Indigo's webserver mapped to the proxied sub URL and everything is working well.
HOWEVER, what I'd now like to do is add Apache security to the proxy - so that a valid open directory user is required to interact with the server from outside my network. This is preferable to Indigo's own credentials, as it gives me a single place to maintain rotating passwords for my users.
This works fine with using the web client, but the Indigo touch apps seem to struggle - they'll conclude the username is incorrect, but I can't get them to prompt for the user.
- Indigo itself is configured with no user credentials
- I used Digest authentication (as well as Basic) but nothing doing.
Is there some clever configuration I can use, or a way to enter the URL, such that I can use my authenticated proxy with Indigo Touch?
Thanks!
