Add an execution conditions panel to Action Groups

This is a feature request to simplify conditional triggering of actions that are invoked from other sources than Indigo triggers and schedules.
I know that there exist numerous ways to trigger an Action Group (Virtual Devices, (possibly published Alexa commands), Python scripts, etc., adding the same type of conditional logic panel that is used for Triggers and Schedules to Actions would be most useful. This would eliminate many of the instances where one needs to resort to code or the extra steps of creating and using an unnecessary trigger just to be able to examine variable states before executing an action.

It would also add some convenience to add an “OR” statement to the list of statements for processing conditions to avoid having to create to create two triggers or schedules that are otherwise identical to process an “OR” condition.
