Logmodule name even when Comm Enable is not checked

I've written triggers to send me an email when I get instant-off-button-10 events from any Insteon device. The remotes send those when their batteries are low. But I also disable comms (uncheck) for remotes so Indigo skips them when syncing as they are usually asleep and that makes syncing take forever.

But there seems to be a misfeature in how these events are logged. If Comms are enabled for the device, I get this in the log:

But if Comms are disabled (unchecked) the same event is logged this way:

I can't imagine there's any real reason you can't do the address -> name lookup with comms disabled since the name is in the local database, right?
