Control Alexa or Google Alarms

I need the ability to schedule or cancel Alexa-based alarms. When there's no school for a snow day or holiday, there are alarms that should be suspended.

I’ve been using this method with great success.

That might be a challenge. However, this looks like it has great promise to trigger routines from dismissing Alexa alarms:
