Search for Variables

Not sure if this has been suggested yet, but because the way variables are 'nested' in folders, it makes searching for a Variable ID a bit difficult. Don't know if the solution is to include ID #'s in search results, or a way to temporarily 'un-nest' all of the variables. My preference would be the ability for search to return results with ID's. (so if I search for ID# 878748763, it would come up in the search results). This would be great system wide... in Devices, Triggers, Control Pages, and Action Groups as well. Not a big problem, but this would be nice ability, particularly working with Python scripting.

I’m confused....

You can already search by ID in all areas of Indigo, including the nested variables window....

I KNOW I have tried searching for ID's before and it didn't work.... I think my problem is I never entered the whole ID #,
