Email migration

This is a feature request aimed to facilitate moving all users from the built-in email framework, over to the BetterEmail plugin by @FlyingDiver.

1) Expose the current email settings in a way Joe can access them in his plugin, to pre-populate a default SMTP BetterEmail device.
2) Add a method similar to the Applescript finder that reports, in the log, any use of the indigo.server.email() command or action, to help users migrate
3) Wishful thinking, automagically migrate these commands to BetterEmail equivalents

We will replace the somewhat finicky built-in mail libs with Python equivalents since email is sorta a core function in Indigo (and will convert existing actions behind the scenes so they'll "just work"). No ETA, but the pain is getting to the point that it will likely be sooner rather than later.
