UI Requests for editing Action Groups

A couple things that would make action groups a lot easier to edit:

Drag and drop to re-order. I have action groups with dozens of actions. Dragging an item would be a lot faster than clicking Up thirty times.

When duplicating an item, insert it after the item being duplicated, not at the bottom of the list.
