Perry requested something similar a few years ago regarding plugin actions, but this idea is more for scripting actions (may apply to others, too.) When viewing all actions within Triggers, Schedules and Actions, there is one line of text which shows what the scripting action does. It would be helpful to have a field within the Execute Script dialog box to be able to enter a description of what the script does. For example,

Could become:
execute embedded python script (Write dehumidifier on state to CSV file)
execute embedded python script (Truncate dehumidifier CSV file for length)
set variable dehumidifier to true
