Control Pages - handle Names with '+' (plus sign)

Not sure if this a feature request or a bug?

I named a Control Page: Zone-B-2 Dining Room + 1

This was accepted by Indigo and is listed correctly in the in the Indigo pane which lists Control Pages.

However when I click Show in Browser or Browser Preview I get the following message from safari: could not find control page "Zone-B-2 Dining Room 1"

The Control Page is accepted and displays correctly in Indigo Touch.

We likely aren't encoding the URL correctly to handle the +. I'll look into it.
