Control Pages - Extend URL Field

Back to editing Control Pages and hence this request.

For a Refreshing Image URL, it would make editing the URL a lot easier if the Refresh rate field was moved up one line (alongside Display and Image Size) and the URL field ran the full length of the line (rather like the Notes field for the main Control Page fields).

Good idea – definitely a better layout given the controls.

Indigo 7.3 (and 7.3.1) are now available and now have a wider URL field.
