Pushing out new device support quickly

Hi all,

Love my Indigo setup. 180 devices strong and can't believe there hasn't been a family intervention yet :D .

Anyway, one thing I'd love to see is a separate mechanism in place to allow for a swifter means of providing support for new devices that come on the market. At this point it appears that new device support is tied directly to software updates.

I've been waiting now for quite some time for a handful of devices to be supported.
