device type motor

Currently there is only basic support for a fan type motor device type (speed, faster, slower)

It would be nice to add the following features:

- direction forward - backward
- for stepper motors: # of steps & delays between steps , similar to speed, but not exactly, as compared to brushed/ brush less motors that have current ~ speed
- analog speed (0-100)
- sleep = motor off = draws no current, step motors normal draw a current when they stand still = stopped/ not moving

this should be useful for blinds, window openers = actuators, etc.
