Device retry

I am not totally sure how Indigo handles bad communications but it would be helpful if a device failed to respond, moved on to the next device and come back to the failed device/s and tried a few times before giving up.

The Insteon and Z-Wave protocols already have retry built in - so adding yet another layer would end up hurting (extra traffic, collisions, etc) more than helping. When you find that there are failed communications the best idea is to figure out why. With Insteon it's generally signal noise and with Z-Wave it's generally a range issue.
