At the moment, if you try and install a plugin where the version number is the same, Indigo advises that it is already installed and that it will be enabled if necessary.
An option to "Install anyway" to replace the existing plugin would be helpful.

It would be a useful feature to allow a plugin to be re-installed if at the same version number.

While you're at it, allow downgrades. Put up a warning dialog, but make it an allowable action.
