Refreshing Image URL with https/SSL and self-signed cert

OK, but we can't work with Indigo 2023 because it doesn't support more than 3 live feed urls from cams at control pages.
(As Jay mentioned in this thread about our "other issues".)

So, we want a solution for Indigo 2022 for THIS Image URL problem but that isn't impossible because that has apparently been resolved in Indigo 2023.

In our view it is the same problem because this URL will not work in either 2022 or 2023.

Sometimes life can be made very complex.
