Where can I go to edit directly the XML or HTML of the control pages? What folder/file are they located in?

While browser based Indigo Control Pages are rendered via HTML, Indigo Touch (iOS app) doesn't use HTML at all. It has its own custom render. Furthermore, the HTML generated by Indigo's Web Server is completely dynamic. There is no way to edit a specific page's HTML. There are templates from which the HTML is generated dynamically, but we don't recommend editing those (and they aren't used by Indigo Touch).
