OutletLinc 2nd outlet not visible in Action Group/Scene Menu

Greetings

I'm setting up Action Groups that include the dual on/off OutletLinc. However, the available device menu in the scene configuration only shows one fo the two outlets for each OutletLinc. Is there something I'm missing as I need to control both outlets individually for different scenes.

Thanks

Can you more fully describe what you're seeing (or provide a screenshot)? Step-by-step things you do to get where you're talking about in the UI?

Jay

Here are the steps I've taken

1) Add Insteon OutletLinc to the Device list providing a unique name for the top and bottom outlets (e.g. Flex Space Large Room PAX East (or West) Outlet 1 & Outlet 2
2) Create an Action Group
3) Modify Scene
4) Add Link to New Responder
5) Only 1 of the 2 outlets for each OutletLinc are appearing in the Responder Device list

Thanks,

Ryan

Re: OutletLinc 2nd outlet not visible in Action Group/Scene

Ah, ok. You need to select the outlet 1 then you can select the appropriate outlet when doing the link. The problem is that Insteon doesn't present this device as two separate devices, but they sorta mushed them together (not unlike they did with the FanLinc). So when performing Insteon linking actions, you have to select the "main" Insteon device (outlet 1).

Thanks for the guidance, now that you pointed it out, i see the extra drop down selector. I never would have thought Insteon wouldn't have made each outlet a distinct device.
