Can Triggers and Actions Be Excluded From Logging

I have a trigger that activates every 6 seconds, that in turn executes an action group. This causes a lot of log events that makes it hard to glean live observations in the Event Log. Is there any way to exclude selected triggers and/or actions from the log?

Check the ‘Hide trigger executions in Event Log’ box at the lower left corner of the trigger edit window.
