Log Errors - Action Collection Error - how to remedy/diag

I have started getting these errors coming up.

As far as I can tell all Hue and ZWave sensors are up and running just fine - I have no idea how to track this down - can anyone give me pointer on

A. Is it a real issue?
B. How do you find what is causing it?
C. What to do to fix it?

Action Collection Error State id (temperature) isn't available for device model Multi Sensor 6 (ZW100) - action not configured correctly
Action Collection Error State id (temperature) isn't available for device model Hue Motion Sensor (Temperature) - action not configured correctly

You have some Insert Device State into Variable actions that are referencing states that no longer exist in the devices you selected (7.4 will have better logging so it'll be easier to see the name of the action from which those kinds of errors are thrown). So:

A. Well, it is certainly a misconfiguration of a couple of actions which I presume are needed by your system
B. The pointer above should lead you to the right cause
C. Select the correct state in the Insert Device State into Variable actions that are throwing the error

Ok found and fixed it.

Part was following a Hue Hub death/replacement.

The other I have no idea why it should have occurred.
