[ANSWERED] Cannot control mimolite relay from actions

Very new to this but reading lots-
Summary- using a recessed sensor (z wave) to communicate with Mimolite to engage relay - this relay completes circuit to door sensor so Simplisafe system detects an open door.
What I cannot do is create an action that engages relay upon the recessed sensor changing states. I set type to "turn on output" on the actions page and it will not display my IO device in the Device field so I am left with "mimo device not defined" listed in the completed action and "no outputs defined" in the output field
Is this an Indigo issue, Mimolite issue or (most likely) user issue?
